人工智能在肝癌立体定向放疗临床教学中的应用

摘要 立体定向放疗(stereotactic body radiation therapy,SBRT)技术以其精准性和高效率在肝癌的治疗中发挥着日益重要的作用,而相应的临床教学内容却相对单薄,缺乏更新与完善。为了提升肝癌立体定向放疗的临床教学水平,引入了人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术。首先,AI可以辅助更精确地筛选适合SBRT治疗的肝癌患者;其次,AI可以根据历史治疗数据和最新的临床研究,提供联合治疗方案的最佳组合;此外,AI还可以通过深度学习算法完善靶区的自动勾画及优化物理计划,确保治疗效果的最大化;最后,AI能够通过分析系统数据,预测放射性肝损伤风险,为临床医生提供更为合理的治疗建议。因此,人工智能技术的引入,不仅提高了肝癌立体定向放疗的临床效果,同时也为教学内容的丰富性和前瞻性提供了强大支持,有望在促进临床教学创新的同时,改善肝癌患者的治疗结果。 Stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)is playing an increasingly important role in the treatment of liver cancer due to its precision and efficiency.However,the corresponding clinical teaching content is relatively thin and lacks updates and improvements.Artificial intelligence(AI)technology has been introduced to enhance the level of clinical teaching for SBRT of liver cancer.Firstly,AI can assist in selecting liver cancer patients suitable for SBRT treatment more accurately.Secondly,AI can provide the best combination of combined treatment plans based on historical treatment data and the latest clinical research.In addition,AI can improve the automatic delineation of the target area and optimize the physical plan through deep learning algorithms,ensuring the maximization of treatment effects.Finally,AI can predict the risk of radiation-induced liver injury by analyzing system data,providing clinical doctors with more reasonable treatment recommendations.Therefore,the introduction of artificial intelligence technology not only improves the clinical effects of stereotactic body radiation therapy for liver cancer but also provides strong support for the richness and foresight of teaching content.It is expected to promote innovation in clinical teaching while improving the treatment outcomes for patients with liver cancer.
