指导本科生《外科学》学习方法的探索

摘要 本科《外科学》教学是多阶段、多维度的教学过程,包括理论教学、临床示教课程、手术学课程以及临床实习。在不同阶段,按不同维度,如何将本科阶段《外科学》教学效果提升到最佳水平一直是医学教育不断探索的课题。传授知识是教学的根基,培养良好的学习方法才能帮助学生持续发展进步。本教学组教师根据多年的临床教学实践,就深圳大学临床医学专业教学中如何更好开展本科生《外科学》的教学工作,提出了适应现阶段本科生的学习方法和手段,使学生更好掌握《外科学》理论及实践知识,培养预习-听课-复习-实践-总结拓展-科研延伸的良好的学习方法,循序渐进的培养学生自主学习的习惯,并将之运用于今后的终身学习中,同时也为提高临床医学专业本科生的教学质量提供依据。 Surgery teaching for undergraduates is a multi-stage and multi-dimensional teaching process,including theory teaching,clinical demonstration course,animal surgery course and clinical internships.It has always been a subject of continuous exploration in medical education that how to improve the teaching effect of Surgery at the undergraduate stage to the best level according to different dimensions in different stages.Imparting knowledge is the foundation of teaching,and cultivating good learning methods can help students make continuous progress.Based on many years of clinical teaching practice,teachers of this teaching group put forward the learning methods and means to adapt to the present stage on how to better carry out the teaching of Surgery for undergraduates in the teaching of clinical medicine in Shenzhen University,so that students can better master the theory and practical knowledge of Surgery,and form good learning methods of preview-listening-review-practice-summary and expansion-extension of scientific research.In addition,it can also gradually cultivate students'independent learning habits,which can be applied in future lifelong learning.At the same time,it also provides a basis for improving the teaching quality of undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine.
