万鹏教授治疗薄型子宫内膜所致月经过少的经验总结

摘要 子宫内膜厚度随着月经周期改变,2018年中华医学会生殖医学分会发布的专家共识中提出,在辅助生殖技术中子宫内膜厚度<7 mm为薄型子宫内膜。子宫内膜过薄在短期内会导致月经过少,长期可致不孕症等疾病的发生。万鹏教授基于“经水出诸肾”“精血同源”等相关理论,认为薄型子宫内膜所致月经过少以肾精不足、精血亏虚为其根本病机,临证当以补肾填精、养血活血为主要治则。其善于从辨病与辨证相结合,补肾调肝、顾护脾胃,气血同治,阴阳同调,遵循古方5个方面治疗本病,临床疗效显著。 The thickness of endometrium changes with the menstrual cycle.In the expert consensus released by the Chinese Society of Reproductive Medicine,Chinese Medical Association in 2018,the endometrium with a thickness smaller than 7 mm is considered thin endometrium in assisted reproductive technology.Thin endometrium can lead to hypomenorrhea in the short term,and can cause infertility and other diseases in the long term.Professor WAN Peng,based on the guidance of relevant theories such as"kidney drainage through water"and"essence and blood from same source",believes that hypomenorrhea due to thin endometrium roots in the insufficiency of kidney essence and deficiency of essence and blood.Therefore,the treatment should focus on enriching kidney and essence,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation.He is good at treating this disease from five aspects:combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,enriching kidney and regulating liver while taking care of spleen and stomach,treating Qi and blood together,harmonizing Yin and Yang,and following ancient prescriptions.His treatment method has shown remarkable clinical efficacy.
