颈源性肱骨外上髁炎的中医非药物疗法研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Non-Drug Therapy on Cervical External Humerus Epicondylitis

肱骨外上髁炎(LE)是临床骨科常见疾病之一,大多表现为肘外侧的疼痛、活动受限等。临床发现久治不愈的顽固性LE患者颈5~7节段神经根有压迫、水肿、粘连等病变,从而影响肘部肌腱功能,该病被称为颈源性肱骨外上髁炎。本文通过对2000年1月1日—2023年4月1日中国知网(CNKI)、万方医学网、PubMed、SCIE数据库的文献进行检索,经分析归纳后共纳入30篇中英文文献,综述近年来关于颈源性肱骨外上髁炎的研究进展,旨在明确本病发生发展的机制,并提出理论依据,同时为临床治疗提供循证依据,为开展进一步临床研究打下基础。

External humerus epicondylitis(LE)is one of the common clinical orthopedic diseases,most of which are manifested as pain and limited activity on the lateral side of the elbow.Clinically,patients with refractory LE are found with compression,edema,adhesion,and other lesions in the nerve roots of their 5–7 neck segments,which affect the function of the elbow tendon.This disease is called cervical LE.Based on the literature retrieval of CNKI,Wanfang Medical Network,PubMed,and SCIE databases from January 1,2000 to April 1,2023,a total of 30 pieces of Chinese and English literature were included after analysis and summary,and the recent research progress on cervical LE in recent years was reviewed to identify the pathogenesis of the disease and clarify theoretical foundation.At the same time,it provides an evidence-based basis for clinical treatment and lays a foundation for further clinical research.
