摘要
以上海市静安区盾构垂直掘进地下智能车库工程为依托,介绍了目前世界上最大直径竖井掘进机,以及软土地层中超深、超大装配式竖井的设计要点及关键技术。现场实测结果验证了盾构垂直掘进工法在上海软土地层中具有良好的适用性。工程实践表明,盾构垂直掘进施工对周边环境的影响极小,具备推广价值。
Based on the shield vertical tunneling of the underground intelligent garage project in Jing'an District,Shanghai,it introduces the world's largest diameter shaft boring machine,and the design points and key technologies of ultra-deep and ultra-large diameter assembled shafts in soft ground.The on-site measurement results verified the good applicability of the shield vertical tunneling method in the soft ground of Shanghai.The engineering practice shows that the shield vertical tunneling construction has little impact on the surrounding environment,and is worth promoting.
