三腹板预制U形节段梁吊装工况受力性能研究

Research on Mechanical Performance of Three-web Prefabricated U-shaped Segmental Girders under Hoisting Conditions

摘要 预制U形节段梁为大开口薄壁构件,是一种梁、板组合的空间结构,但其空间受力效应明显,剪滞效应使得断面上的应力分布复杂。依托“轨道交通预制节段双线薄壁槽型梁设计施工关键技术研究”项目,运用有限元软件对三腹板预制U形梁不同方案下的吊装工况进行了模拟分析,研究了三腹板预制U形梁在吊装阶段的应力状态。通过吊腹板和吊底板等不同吊装方案的比选,最终确定了合理的吊点布设方案,并为后续施工提供了指导建议。 The prefabricated U-shaped segmental girder is a thin-walled member with large openings.It is a spatial structure composed of girders and plates.Its spatial stress effect is obvious and the shear lag effect makes the stress distributed in the section complicated.Based on the"Research on Key Technologies of Designing and Constructing Prefabricated Thin-walled U-shaped Girders for Up and Down Lines of Rail Transit"supported by Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission,it uses the finite element simulation software to simulate and analyze the hoisting conditions of three-web prefabricated U-shaped girders in different schemes,and studies the stress state of three-web prefabricated U-shaped girders in hoisting stage.Through the comparison and selection of different hoisting schemes such as hoisting webs and hoisting bottom plates,a reasonable hoisting point layout scheme is finally determined,and guidance suggestions are provided for subsequent construction.
