摘要
针对国内全自动轨道交通运行线路的车站运营需求进行了研究,在剖析现状的基础上阐明其研究意义和目标。使用KANO模型分析全自动运行线路的车站运营需求;从用户对象、需求分类等方面对车站运营需求进行梳理,并提出全自动运行线路车站运营目标的实现思路,最后以车站需求实践为例进行说明。旨在为全自动运行线路的设计、建设、运营提供更为全面的需求输入。
The significance and objectives of the study of station operation demands of fully automated rail transit lines in China are clarified based on the current situation analysis.The KANO model is used to analyze the station operation demands of fully-automated lines;the station operation demands are sorted out in terms of user objects and demand classifications;and the idea of realizing the station operation objectives of fully-automated lines is put forward,which is finally llustrated by station operation practices.The study aims to provide more comprehensive demand inputs for the design,construction,and operation of fully automated lines.
