摘要
基于齐美尔的饮食社会学理论视角,通过对B市Y养老院自理老年人开展实地观察和深度访谈,探讨老年人饮食与社交之间的交互关系。研究发现,老年人之间多样化的饮食社交表现反映出在不同饮食事件中老年人之间发生联结的差异性机制。根据饮食的物质性和社交的功能性特征,将养老机构老年人之间的饮食社交分为问题解决型、情感表达型、自我中心型和抱团分享型四种类型。针对各种饮食社交类型,提出了相应的社会工作服务策略。
From the perspective of Simmel's gastronomic sociology,this paper explored the interaction between dinning and social interaction among older adults in a care institution named Y in the City of B through field observation and in-depth interviews.The diversified social performance among them indicates that mechanism of social connection among older adults is different in those dinning events.According to the materiality of dinning and the functionality of socializing,social dinning in care institutions can be divided into four types:problem solving,emotion expression,self-centeredness and sharing.This paper proposed corresponding strategies for each type.
