2023年广东省临床病理科住院医师规范化培训结业实践能力考核成绩分析

Analysis of the assessment results of the practical competence in the completion of the standardized training for pathology resident physicians in Guangdong Province in 2023

摘要 目的通过对广东省住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)临床病理科结业实践能力考核成绩进行分析,探讨规范化培训过程中存在的问题,提升培训质量。方法实践能力考核严格按照培训大纲分为3个考站,考核学员的病理取材、病理诊断、人文交流与沟通能力。分析2023年广东省临床病理科住培结业实践能力考核成绩,采用单因素方差分析进行数据的统计显著性检验,若存在差异,多组组间则采用LSD多重比较。结果医学硕士专业学位研究生的成绩均低于单位人及社会人[(77.8±35.60)分比(81.71±6.36)分、(79.31±5.52)分,均P<0.05];非应届毕业生成绩高于应届毕业[(81.10±6.41)分比(78.30±5.59)分,P<0.05];考生性别与学历、基地类型及区域不同的考核对象成绩相比无统计学意义。结论广东省临床病理科不同类型培训基地的培训效果基本已达到同质化,不同身份住院医师培训效果还未达到同质化,应重视推进分层培养模式,在培养过程中需要加强住院医师病理诊断能力的培养。 Objective By analyzing the clinical pathology departments'final practical assessment scores of the standardized training program for resident physicians in Guangdong Province,we aimed to explore the issues present in the standardized training process,identify highlights,and pinpoint areas of improvement.Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the final practical assessment scores of the clinical pathology departments in Guangdong Province's standardized training program for resident physicians in 2023.The practical assessment rigorously followed the training outline and was divided into three assessment stations,evaluating the participants'abilities in pathology specimen collection,pathology diagnosis,and interpersonal communication skills.The data was analyzed using one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA),and post-hoc multiple comparisons using the LSD(Least Significant Difference)method were performed to compare the results among multiple groups.Results The scores of professional master's students(77.83±5.60)were lower than those of unit personnel(81.71±6.36)and individuals from the general public(79.31±5.52)(P<0.05),indicating a statistically significant difference.Nongraduating students'scores(81.10±6.41)were higher than those of graduating students'(78.30±5.59)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in scores based on the examinees'gender,educational background,training base type,or geographical region.Conclusion In Guangdong Province,the standardized training in different types of clinical pathology residency training bases has largely achieved homogeneity.However,the training outcomes for resident physicians from different backgrounds have not yet reached homogeneity.It is important to focus on promoting a stratified training model and strengthening the cultivation of pathology diagnostic abilities among resident physicians during the training process.
