数字化多维度延展案例联合MDT教学在临床病理科住培中的应用

摘要 目的探讨数字化多维度延展案例联合临床多学科诊疗(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)教学模式在临床病理科住院医师规范化培训(住培)中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2023年8月在河南省人民医院临床病理科住培专业基地培训的36名住院医师为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组18名。观察组采用数字化多维度延展案例联合MDT教学,对照组采用传统教学模式。采用理论技能考核、教师评价及问卷调查评估教学效果。结果两组一般资料比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组理论知识和实践技能考核成绩均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组病例分析及教师综合评价分数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。包括学习兴趣、理论知识巩固、技能提升、诊断思维方面的满意度问卷调查,观察组优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论数字化多维度延展案例联合MDT教学在临床病理科住院医师培训中,有助于系统知识体系构建及临床实践能力提升,教学效果良好,应用前景广泛。 Objective To explore the application effect of digital multi-dimensional extended cases combined with multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)teaching mode in standardized training(residential training)of clinical pathology residents.Methods Thirty-six residents trained at the Clinical Pathology Training Base of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from September 2020 to August 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 18 residents in each group.The observation group adopted the digital multi-dimensional extended cases combined with MDT teaching,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Theoretical and skill assessment,teacher evaluation and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results There was no statistical difference in general information between the two groups(P>0.05).The theoretical knowledge and practical skills assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The case analysis and teacher comprehensive evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction questionnaire survey,including learning interest,theoretical consolidation,skill improvement and diagnostic thinking,showed that the observation group was better than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Digital multi-dimensional extended cases combined with MDT teaching in the training of clinical pathology residents is helpful to the construction of systematic knowledge system and the improvement of clinical practice ability.The teaching effect is good and the application prospects are broad.
