漯河市“3+2”助理全科医生就业去向调查研究

Investigation and research on employment destination of"3+2"assistant general practitioner training doctors in Luohe City

摘要 目的对漯河市助理全科医生培训结业后就业去向进行调查研究,为减少人才流失、促进漯河市助理全科医生队伍建设提供参考。方法选取漯河市已结业的2020—2021届全体助理全科医生83人为研究对象,比较总体就业情况,不同届别、性别、籍贯助理全科医生在就业状态、工作地区、就业机构、就业岗位等的差异。结果两届就业率分别为87.5%(28/32)、94.1%(48/51),在漯河市就业的分别为18.8%(6/32)、51.0%(26/51)。不同届别在是否在漯河市就业、工作地分布方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别在就业状态方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否为漯河市籍在漯河市就业方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。导致在漯河市就业的因素从高到低是籍贯、配偶及亲朋常住地、学习培训经历。结论漯河市助理全科医生总体就业形势较好,38.1%到基层就业,88.2%省内就业,42.1%在漯河市就业,绝大多数在医疗机构就业,女性比男性就业率略高,籍贯、配偶及亲朋常住地、学习培训经历是在漯河市就业的影响因素。 Objective To investigate the employment direction of assistant general practitioners after their training in Luohe City,and to provide reference for reducing brain drain and promoting the construction of assistant general practitioners in Luohe City.Methods From December 2021 to January 2022,an employment survey was conducted among all 83 assistant general practitioners of 2020-2021 who had completed their careers in Luohe City,the overall employment results were counted,and the differences in employment status,working place and medical institution level among different classes,genders and native places of assistant general practitioners were compared.Results The employment rate of the two periods was 87.5%(28/32)and 94.1%(48/51)respectively,and the employment rate of Luohe City was 18.8%(6/32)and 51.0%(26/51)respectively.There were statistically significant differences in nationality,employment and work place distribution in Luohe(P<0.05);The employment status of different genders was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference of working place distribution in Luohe City was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reasons for employment in Luohe City are the native place,the regular residence of spouses and relatives,and the learning and training experience.Conclusion The overall employment situation of assistant general practitioners in Luohe City is good,with 30%are employed at the grassroots level,88.2%employed in the province,42.1%are employed in Luohe City,and the vast majority are employed in medical institutions.The employment rate of women is slightly higher than that of men,and the main reasons for employment in Luohe City are hometown,spouse and relatives'regular residence,and learning and training experience.
