教育实践提升家长教育素养的价值体现及实践路径--以北京市朝阳区家庭教育实践活动为例

摘要 家长作为实施家庭教育的主体,其教育素养水平是有效开展家庭教育的关键。家长教育素养提升是一项长期的系统工程,涉及家长的教育观念、教育知识、教育能力等多方面因素。而传统的家长教育方式,无法满足现代家长教育素养提升要求。朝阳区以家庭教育实践活动为依托,创设家长学习氛围和情境,创新家长教育形式,创建家长有效学习载体,积极实践家长教育素养提升路径,形成了“指导服务+教育实践”的家长教育素养培养体系,有效推动了家长教育素养的提升。 As the main body of family education,parents are the key to its success.The improvement of parenting skills is a long-term systematic project,involving parents'educational concepts,educational knowledge,educational ability,and so on.However,the traditional parent training model cannot meet the requirements of modern parents for effective parenting.Based on family education practice activities,Chaoyang district strives to create parents'learning atmosphere,innovate educational forms,establish effective learning carriers,and explore the path of increasing parenting capabilities.Through exploration and practice,we have formed an effective parent training system of“guidance service+education practice”,which effectively promotes family parenting skills.
