教师“数智力”提升:本然逻辑、实然境遇与应然举措——兼论开放教育英语教师的专业发展

摘要 发展数字教育、推动教育数字化转型,是大势所趋、发展所需、改革所向。数字赋能教育,提升英语教师“数智力”合乎时代发展的本然逻辑,但当前教师数字素养的重塑也面临线上线下教学失衡、评估体系不适及角色失焦等实然境遇。基于英语教师“数智力”提升的现实之困,在策略上要准确把握数字赋能教育的内涵,推进教学模式和教学范式两个转变,把握环境、基础规律及创新应用3个着力点,通过改善政策与体制环境、重构教学要素关系、智能创新研修模式和重构评价体系等应然举措持续推进英语教师职业能力和水平的跨越式发展。 The development of digital education and the promotion of digital transformation in education are the trends of the times,needs for development and directions for reform.Empowering education through digital means and enhancing English teachers'"Digital Intelligence"align with the inherent logic of the era's development.However,currently the reshaping of teachers'digital literacy faces actual situations such as the imbalance between online and offline teaching,unsuitable assessment systems,and a loss of focus on roles.To address the challenges in enhancing English teachers'、"Digital Intelligence",it is necessary to accurately grasp the essence of education empowered by digital means strategically,promote the dual shift in teaching modes and paradigms,focus on the three key points of the environment,basic principles,and innovation and application,and make the continuous advancement in the leapfrog development of English teachers'professional abilities and levels through improving policy and institutional environments,restructuring the relationships between teaching elements,intelligently innovating training models,and reconstructing evaluation systems.
