摘要
目的 观察香砂平胃颗粒、莫沙必利治疗糖尿病合并消化不良(DD)临床疗效。方法 将我院120例DD患者随机为治疗组与对照组各60例。对照组采用莫沙必利治疗,治疗组采用香砂平胃颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗。比较两组临床疗效,空腹血糖(FBG)、2 h餐后血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),胃轻瘫主要症状指数(GCSI),5 h、72 h胃排空率,胃电主功率(PDP)、主频率(PDF)。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c、GCSI评分低于治疗前,治疗组FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c、GCSI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组5 h、72 h胃排空率、PDP、PDF高于治疗前,治疗组5 h、72 h胃排空率、PDP、PDF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 香砂平胃颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗DD患者临床疗效显著,能调节血糖,缓解消化不良的症状,增强胃排空,改善胃电活动。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiangsha Pingwei Granules combined with mosapride in treatment of diabetes with dyspepsia(DD).Methods A total of 120 patients with DD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with mosapride,while treatment group was treated with Xiangsha Pingwei Granules on the basis of control group.Therapeutic effects,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc),major symptom index of gastric paresis(GCSI),5 h and 72 h gastric emptying rates,main power of gastric electricity(PDP),and main frequency(PDF)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the FBG,2 hPG,HbAlc,and GCSI scores of both groups were lower than before treatment;the FBG was lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the 5 h and 72 h gastric emptying rates,PDP,and PDF in both groups were higher than before treatment,which were higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Pingwei Granules combined with mosapride has significant therapeutic effects on DD patients,regulating blood sugar,alleviating symptoms of indigestion,enhancing gastric emptying,and improving gastric electrical activity.
