摘要
为研究橡胶粉末陶粒混凝土的力学性能,文中提出一种添加橡胶粉末的陶粒混凝土,通过改变橡胶粉末与混凝土中水泥的质量比例关系,设计了四种不同比例的橡胶粉末陶粒混凝土进行不同龄期下的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度、冻融循环及混凝土的其他物理性能分析。结果表明适量的掺入橡胶粉末有利于改善混凝土中的空隙结构,弹性细料群显著提高了混凝土的抗冻能力,为严寒地区轻质混凝土抗冻研究提供应用基础。
This paper studies the mechanical properties of ceramsite concrete with added rubber powder.Four different proportions of ceramsite concrete with rubber powder are designed to analyze the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,freeze-thaw cycle,and other physical properties of concrete at different ages by changing the mass proportion relationship between rubber powder and cement in concrete.The results show that the appropriate amount of rubber powder improves the void structure in concrete,and the elastic fine material group significantly improves the frost resistance of concrete,providing the application basis for the research of frost resistance of light concrete in cold areas.
