摘要
变截面塔式起重机的转换节部位通常较为薄弱,易导致结构失效。为进行某转换节的试验研究并考虑试验场地尺寸的限制,对该转换节完整结构的受力性能进行有限元分析,并提出两种试验方案:即1/2结构和1/4结构试验方案,研究两个试验模型的极限承载力与破坏模式,并与转换节完整结构的分析结果进行对比,从而确定合理的试验方案。结果表明转换节完整结构因上角柱Z1达到材料屈服强度而破坏;1/2结构可以更好地复现转换节完整结构的受力性能,为该转换节的试验研究及变截面塔机设计提供重要参考。
The conversion section of the variable cross-section tower crane is usually weak,which is easy to lead to structural failure.Before the experimental study of a conversion section with the limitation of the size of the testing site,the finite element analysis of the mechanical performance of the complete structure of the conversion section is carried out.Two schemes with the test protocol of 1/2 structure and 1/4 structure are proposed,the ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode of which are studied.The analysis results of the complete structure of the conversion section are compared to determine a reasonable test scheme.The results show that the complete structure of the conversion section is damaged when the upper corner column Z1 reaches the yield strength of the material.The 1/2 structure form better reproduce the mechanical performance of the complete structure of the conversion section than that of 1/4 structure form,providing the reference for the experimental research of the conversion section and the design of the variable cross-section tower crane.
