涪陵页岩气田加密井防碰关键技术

Key Technologies for Well Collision Avoidance in the Infill Drilling of the Fuling Shale Gas Field

摘要 为规避涪陵页岩气田加密调整井碰套管风险,使钻井提速提效,制定了磁性随钻测量仪器防磁干扰的技术措施,确定各井段防碰预警条件,优化防碰绕障轨迹设计,制定各井段防碰绕障技术措施,并将地质导向技术应用在防碰绕障施工中,形成加密井防碰绕障关键技术。井身质量优良率100%,提速效果显著,为国内页岩气开发提供了技术参考和借鉴。 To avoid the risk of well collision with casing in the infill adjustment wells of the Fuling Shale Gas Field and to enable fast drilling,technical measures to prevent magnetic interference on MWD(Measurement While Drll-ing)tools were formulated.Pre-warning conditions for collision avoidance in each well section were determined,trajectory design for collision avoidance was optimized,and technical measures for each well section were established.Geosteering technology was applied in collision avoidance operations to form a set of key technologies for infill well collision avoidance.The wellbore integrity rate reached 100%,and the faster drlling effect was significant,providing a technical reference for domestic shale gas development.
