对照企业干部管理工作高标准、高要求,本文结合油田企业干部工作实践,从标准导向、人才储备、实践培养、发现识别四个维度提出针对性建议举措,以期持续提升干部队伍建设水平,更好地支撑油田企业高质量发展。

In response to the high standards and high demands of enterprise cadre management,and in combination with the actual practice of cadre work in oilfield enterprises,this paper proposes targeted suggestions and measures from four perspectives:standard orientation,talent reserve,practical training,and recognition and discovery.The aim is to continuously improve the level of cadre team building and better support the high-quality development of oilfield enterprises.
