摘要
以《江汉油田工程项目结算进度管理系统》为管理工具,通过对比分析系统上线前后油田工程项目结算进度数据,针对影响工程项目结算进度的主要因素和油田工程项目结算工作量的分布特征,提出4点加强油田工程项目结算进度管理对策,希望籍此为油田企业进一步优化工程项目结算流程和加快工程项目结算进度提供参考。
Using the"Jianghan Oilfield Engineering Project Settlement Progress Management System"as a manage-ment tool,this paper compares and analyzes the data of project settlement progress before and after the system went live.It identifies the main factors affecting the progress of project settlement and the distribution characteristics of the workload of oilfield engineering project settlement.Four strategies are proposed to strengthen the management of project settlement progress,providing references for oilfield enterprises to further optimize the settlement process and accelerate the progress of engineering project settlement.
