摘要
现阶段,中心干部人才队伍建设中存在人员能力素质欠缺、专业成熟人才紧缺、培训体系不健全等问题。分层分级构建复合型管理人才、专家型技术人才和进取型青年人才一体的“三型”人才队伍,需要建立健全开放灵活的引进机制、系统高效的培养机制、科学有效的考评机制、人尽其才的使用机制作为保障。
At present,there are still issues such as lack of personnel capability and quality,a shortage of mature pro-fessionals,and an imperfect training system in the cadre and talent team building of the center.Building a"three-type"talent team that integrates composite-type management talents,expert-type technical talents,and enterpris-ing-type young talents requires establishing a comprehensive system that includes an open and flexible introduction mechanism,a systematic and efficient training mechanism,a scientific and effective evaluation mechanism,and a mechanism that ensures the optimal use of each individuals talents.
