我国家庭医生职业能力及岗位胜任演化路径的探讨

Exploring the evolutionary path of professional ability and post competency of family physicians in China

笔者从基层一线出发,以家庭医生视角,剖析了我国家庭医生的角色内涵,展示了其的全科医学学科背景和作为社会资源管理者的行政属性,又进一步在借鉴国内外经验的基础上绘制了我国家庭医生职业能力结构的“行列表”和“同心圆”示意图,以及达到岗位胜任的演化路径。笔者绘制的家庭医生职业能力结构示意图和演化路径表,有助于家庭医生群体快速、直接、详细地理解岗位特点、责任和能力要求,指导其更快更好地发展。

Starting from the grass-roots frontline and from the perspective of family doctors,the author analyzes the connotation of the role of family doctors in China,demonstrates their background in the discipline of general practice and their administrative attributes as managers of social resources.On the basis of domestic and international experiences,the author further draws the"line list"and"concentric circles"of the vocational ability structure of family doctors in China,as well as the evolutionary path to achieve position competence.The author′s schematic diagram of family doctors′vocational ability structure and evolutionary path will help the family doctor community to understand the characteristics,responsibilities and competence requirements of their positions in a quick,direct and detailed manner,and guide them to faster and better development.
