摘要
目的分析芜湖市某三级甲等医院护士的压力源和职业倦怠现状并探讨二者之间的相关性。方法2023年2—4月,利用一般资料调查表、压力源量表和职业倦怠量表对芜湖市某三甲三级甲等医院377名护士进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果337名护士压力源总均分为(2.20±0.43)分,职业倦怠总均分为(4.36±1.24)分,护士的压力源与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.409,P<0.05)。在控制了其他因素后,压力源与职业倦怠呈正相关关系(P<0.05),且子女数、职称、平均每月值夜班以及平均月收入对护士职业倦怠水平均产生影响(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的35.7%。结论芜湖市某三级甲等医院护士压力源处于中等水平,职业倦怠问题较为突出,并且职业倦怠会随着工作压力越大进一步加重,这为护理管理者施行临床干预措施提供了一定的参考依据。
Objective To analyze the current status of stressors and burnout in nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wuhu City,and explore the correlation between them.Method From February to April 2023,377 nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wuhu City were investigated with a general information questionnaire,stressor scale and burnout scale,and the data was analyzed.Results The total stress source of 337 nurses was(2.20±0.43)points,the total average score of job burnout was(4.36±1.24)points,the stressors of nurses were positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.409,P<0.01).After controlling for other factors,stressors were positively correlated with burnout(P<0.05),and the number of children,professional title,average monthly night shift and average monthly income had impact on the burnout level of nurses(all P<0.05),which could explain 35.7%of the total variation.Conclusions The nurse stressors are at a medium level,the problem of burnout is more prominent,and burnout will further increase with the increase of work pressure,which provides a certain theoretical basis for nursing managers to implement clinical interventions.
