摘要
目的探究引导式教育联合经颅磁刺激治疗智力发育障碍的临床疗效。方法选2021年8月至2022年3月我院收治的40例智力发育障碍患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组20例与对照组20例。对照组患儿给予常规智力康复训练治疗,观察组患儿在常规智力康复训练基础上给予引导式教育与经颅磁刺激联合治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果,利用0~6岁儿童发育行为评估量表评估两组患儿治疗前后各能区发育商(Developmental Quo⁃tient,DQ)情况。结果治疗后观察组语言能区(50.71±12.69)分、个人社交能区(54.83±9.76)分、大运动能区(56.32±9.69)分、适应性能区(57.69±11.45)分及精细运动能区(47.48±9.92)分均高于对照组语言能区(42.33±12.42)分、个人社交能区(46.62±9.95)分、大运动能区(47.14±9.4)分、适应性能区(46.38±11.92)分及精细运动能区(39.31±9.73)分(t=2.111、2.631、3.038、3.060、2.630,P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率为100.00%(20/20)显著高于对照组75.00%(15/20)(χ^(2)=5.714,P=0.017)。结论引导式教育联合经颅磁刺激治疗能有效提升智力发育障碍患儿智力水平,临床治疗效果较佳,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of guided education combined with transcranial magnetic stimula⁃tion in the treatment of mental development disorders.Methods 40 children with mental retardation admitted to our hospi⁃tal from August 2021 to March 2022 were divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to random number table.The children in the control group were treated with conventional intelligence rehabilitation training,and the children in the observation group were treated with guided education and transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of conventional intelligence rehabilitation training.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The developmental quotient(DQ)of each functional area of the children in the two groups before and after treatment was evalua⁃ted using the developmental behavior assessment scale for children aged 0⁃6 years.Results After treatment,the scores of language energy area(50.71±12.69),personal social energy area(54.83±9.76),large motor energy area(56.32±9.69),adaptive performance area(57.69±11.45)and fine motor energy area(47.48±9.92)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(42.33±12.42),personal social energy area(46.62±9.95),and large motor energy area(47.14±9.4)Adaptive performance area(46.38±11.92)and fine motor energy area(39.31±9.73)(t=2.111,2.631,3.038,3.060,2.630,P<0.05);The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 100.00%(20/20),which was significantly higher than 75.00%(15/20)in the control group(χ^(2)=5.714,P=0.017).Conclusion Guided education combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively improve the intelligence level of chil⁃dren with mental development disorders,and the clinical treatment effect is better,which is worth promoting.
