阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊对口服替勃龙片治疗老年阴道炎患者的疗效分析

Effect of Lactobacillus Capsule on oral tibolone tablets in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的探讨阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊对口服替勃龙片治疗的老年阴道炎患者疗效的影响。方法以2020年8月~2021年12月经我院门诊收治的老年阴道炎患者作为研究对象,其中用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合口服替勃龙片治疗的患者为观察组(n=76例),诺氟沙星栓联合口服替勃龙片治疗的患者为对照组(n=72例),比较两组患者治疗前和治疗14 d后阴道微生物菌落数和阴道炎症因子水平变化。结果重复测量方差分析显示,分组和时间交互作用下两组IL⁃4、IL⁃6、IL⁃12、sIgA、IFN⁃γ等炎症因子水平、乳酸杆菌、脆弱拟杆菌、葡萄球菌、需氧菌、真菌等阴道微生物菌落数以及阴道健康积分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组内比较,仅对照组治疗后乳酸杆菌菌落数较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组间比较,观察组治疗后的阴道IL⁃4、IL⁃6、IL⁃12以及IFN⁃γ水平低于对照组,sIgA水平高于对照组,阴道乳酸杆菌较对照组增加,脆弱拟杆菌、葡萄球菌、需氧菌以及真菌菌落数均较对照组减少,阴道健康积分较对照组降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合替勃龙片治疗可通过有效增加乳酸杆菌菌落数恢复阴道微生态平衡,降低炎症因子水平,从而实现改善老年阴道炎患者阴道健康水平的效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Lactobacillus Capsule on the efficacy of oral tibolone tablets in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods The elderly patients with vaginitis treated in the outpatient department of our hospi⁃tal from August 2020 to August 2021 were taken as the research object,including 42 patients treated with vaginal Lactoba⁃cillus viable capsule combined with oral tibolone tablets as the observation group and 46 patients treated with vaginal nor⁃floxacin suppository combined with oral tibolone tablets as the control group,The changes of vaginal microbial colony num⁃ber and inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups before treatment and 14 days after treat⁃ment.Results Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the levels of inflammatory factors such as IL⁃4,IL⁃6,IL⁃12,sIgA,IFN⁃γ,Lactobacillus,Bacteroides fragilis,Staphylococcus,aerobic bacteria,there were statistically significant differences in the number of vaginal microbial colonies such as fungi and the vaginal health score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of Lactobacillus colonies in the control group after treatment compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of vaginal IL⁃4,IL⁃6,IL⁃12 and IFN in the observa⁃tion group after treatment⁃γThe level was lower than that of the control group,the level of SIgA was higher than that of the control group,the vaginal Lactobacillus was higher than that of the control group,the number of Bacteroides fragilis,Staphy⁃lococcus,aerobic bacteria and fungi were lower than that of the control group,and the vaginal health score was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Vaginal treatment with Lactobacillus viable capsule combined with tibolone tablets can effectively increase the number of Lactobacillus colonies,restore vaginal microecological balance and reduce inflammato⁃ry factor levels,so as to improve the vaginal health level of elderly patients with vaginitis.
