摘要
目的:研究地蚕Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱、MCI、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶色谱柱及高效液相色谱等技术,对地蚕根的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据鉴定所得化合物结构。结果:从地蚕根中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:glucosuringic acid(1)、腺苷(2)、cyclo(L-Phe-L-Thr)(3)、异香草酸(4)、8-O-methyl harpagide(5)、leucoseptoside A(6)、calceolarioside B(7)、chrysoeriol-7-sophoroside(8)、脱咖啡酰基毛蕊糖苷(9)、syringalide A-3′-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(10)。结论:化合物1~10均为首次从地蚕中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Stachys geobombycis.Methods:The compounds of Stachys geobombycis were isolated and purified by silica gel,MCI,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography methods.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic data.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from the roots of Stachys geobombycis and identified as glucosuringic acid(1),adenosine(2),cyclo(L-Phe-L-Thr)(3),isovanillic acid(4),8-O-methyl harpagide(5),leucoseptoside A(6),calceolarioside B(7),chrysoeriol 7-sophoroside(8),decaffeoylverbascoside(9),syringalide A-3′-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(10),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 10 are isolated from Stachys geobombycis for the first time.
