摘要
目的:研究水半夏水煎液的化学成分。方法:利用中压反相柱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱、半制备高效液相等色谱方法对水半夏水煎液进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及核磁共振波谱、质谱等数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从水半夏水煎液中分离得到24个化合物,分别鉴定为:腺苷(1)、原儿茶酸(2)、苯乙胺(3)、(S)-2-羟基-3-(4′-羟基苯)丙酸(4)、2,5-二羟基苯甲酸(5)、L-色氨酸(6)、(3S)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(7)、环(天冬酰胺-苯丙氨酸)(8)、(-)-(1S,3S)-1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(9)、(S)-3-苯基乳酸(10)、烟酰胺(11)、(+)-异落叶松树脂醇(12)、松脂素(13)、stagonoculiazin(14)、1-棕榈酰基-3-O-β-D-半乳糖基甘油酯(15)、亚麻酸(16)、1-亚油酰甘油酯(17)、1-linoleoylglycerol(18)、benzenetridecanoic acid(19)、亚油酸甲酯(20)、(E)-9-十八碳烯酸甲酯(21)、亚油酸(22)、10,13-octadecadienoic acid(23)、(8-hydroxymethylen)-trieicosanyl acetate(24)。结论:其中,化合物2~5、8~11、14、15、17、18、21、23、24为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from water solution of Typhonium flagelliforme.Methods:Medium pres-sure reversed-phase chromatography(ODS),Sephadex LH-20 dextran gel column chromatography,semi-preparative HPLC and other chromatographic methods were used to isolate and purify the water solution of Typhonium flagelliforme,the structures were identified ac-cording to physical and chemical properties,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,mass spectrometry and other data analysis.Re-sults:Twenty-four compounds were isolated from the water sdution of Typhonium flagelliforme and identified as adenosine(1),protocate-chuic acid(2),phenethylamine(3),(S)-2-hydroxy-3-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)propanoic acid(4),gentisic acid(5),L-tryptophan(6),(3S)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(7),(3S,6S)-3-phenylmethyl-6-amidocarboxymethyl-piperazine-2,5-dione,cis-cyclo(Asn-Phe)(8),(-)-(1S,3S)-1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(9),(S)-2-hydroxy-3-phenylpro-pionic acid(10),nicotinamide(11),(+)-isolariciresinol(12),pinoresinol(13),stagonoculiazin(14),1-O-hexadecanoyl-3-O-β-D-ga-lactopyranosyl-glycerol(15),linolenic acid(16),1-glyceryl linolenate(17),1-linoleoylglycerol(18),benzenetridecanoic acid(19),methyl linoleate(20),(E)-9-methyl elaidate(21),linoleic acid(22),10,13-octadecadienoic acid(23),(8-hydroxymethylen)-trieico-sanyl acetate(24),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2 to 5,8 to 11,14,15,17,18,21,23,24 are isolated from Typho-nium flagelliforme for the first time.
