基于DRV8962的多通道舵机驱动电路设计

摘要 舵机是一种精确控制角度变化的执行机构,高性能的驱动电路是实现精确伺服控制的必要条件,对于提升舵机的性能和控制精度具有重要意义。此处提出了一种基于DRV8962的新型多通道驱动电路设计,该设计摆脱了传统的电桥搭建,在有限弹载空间内进行高度集成设计,实现了某型智能弹药中4路舵机的驱动控制,在简化电路设计和布局的同时提升了导弹的机动性和控制精度。整体舵机驱动系统包括了主控单元的配置和H桥驱动电路、电源系统、通信电路及采样电路的设计,在此基础上进行了实物测试。实验结果表明,4路舵机在工作时的电流特性、跟踪状态均可满足驱动控制性能需求,反馈误差稳定在0.2°以内,在实际应用中实现了精准的角度控制。 The rudder is an actuator that precisely controls angle changes,and a high-performance drive circuit is a necessary condition for achieving precise servo control,which is of great significance for improving the performance and control accuracy of the rudder.A new multi-channel drive circuit design based on DRV8962 is proposed.This design breaks away from traditional electric bridge construction and implements highly integrated design within a limited missile-borne space,achieving the driving control of four-channel rudders in a certain type of intelligent ammunition.It simplifies circuit design and layout while improving the maneuverability and control accuracy of the missile.The overall rudder drive system includes the configuration of the main control unit and the design of the H-bridge drive circuit,power system,communication circuit and sampling circuit.Based on this,physical testing is conducted.The experimental results show that the current characteristics and tracking status of the four-channel rudder during operation meet the driving control performance requirements,and the feedback error is stable within 0.2°.In practical applications,precise angle control has been achieved.
