摘要
新能源车为提升电能容量和充电速率,抬升平台工作电压为其重要手段。这将使得车载零部件内部的功率半导体的工作电压越来越靠近其极限电压,其工作电压裕量越来越少。故在新能源车用零部件的设计中,需要一种实时的电压保护设计,其能够快速地检测过电压的工作状态,实时保护半导体器件,使其工作在过压的条件下能够快速地切换到安全的工作模式,避免功率半导体器件的损坏。
In order to improve the electric capacity and charging rate of the new energy vehicle,lifting the platform working voltage is an important means.This will make the internal power semiconductor device of the vehicle components operating voltage closer and closer to its limit voltage,its operating voltage margin less and less.Therefore,in the design of new energy vehicle components,a real-time voltage protection design is needed which can quickly detect the overvoltage working state and protect the semiconductor device in real time,when it works in overpressure conditions,it can quickly switch to safe working mode to avoid power semiconductor device damage.
