摘要
多重化逆变器具有输出波形质量好、等效开关频率高、系统动态响应快、装置冗余性好等特点,在高效率大功率逆变技术中具有重要的研究价值,但在实际应用中也存在一些负面效应,比较典型的问题之一是输出共模电压降低了系统的可靠性。这里基于双重傅里叶级数的数值分析法,对一种新型三相二重化逆变器的输出共模电压通用表达式进行分析,揭示了共模电压产生的机理,提出了一种共模电压抑制方法,该方法具有普遍性,可以拓展于其他多重化逆变器拓扑,通过仿真与实验对提出的共模电压抑制方法进行了验证。
The multiple inverter has the characteristics of good output waveform quality,high equivalent switching frequency,fast system dynamic response,and good device redundancy.It has important research value in high-eficiency and high-power inverter technology.However,there are also some negative effects in practical applications.One of the typical problems is that the output common mode voltage reduces the reliability of the system.Based on the numerical analysis method of double Fourier series,the general expression of output common-mode voltage of a novel threephase dual inverter is analyzed,the mechanism of common-mode voltage generation is revealed,and a common-mode voltage suppression method is proposed.This method is universal and can be extended to other multiple inverter topologies.The proposed common-mode voltage suppression method is verified by simulation and experiment.
