摘要
为在光伏组件及燃料电池中实现功率调制,提出一种高增益软开关三绕组耦合电感直流变换器。三绕组耦合电感及倍压电路构成的升压结构,能够在较小的总匝比与合适的占空比时得到高电压增益。变换器固有的箝位回路降低了开关管的电压应力,并吸收再利用了漏感能量。由于开关管和所有二极管均工作在电流软开关条件,变换器的效率较高。分析和推导所提变换器工作原理及稳态性能,对比不同变换器,计算变换器效率及关键器件参数设计。实验室搭建一台输出电压380 V、功率200 W的样机,验证了所提变换器的可行性。
In order to realize power modulation in photovoltaic modules and fuel cells,a high-gain soft-switching three-winding coupled-inductor DC/DC converter is proposed.The boost structure composed of three-winding coupled-inductor and voltage doubler circuit can obtain high voltage gain with small total turn ratio and appropriate duty cycle.The inherent clamping circuit of the converter reduces the voltage stress of the switch and recycles the leakage energy.Because the switch and all diodes operate under current soft-switching conditions,the converter provides high efficiency.The operating principle and steady-state performance of the proposed converters are analyzed and deduced,and different converters are compared,the efficiency of the converter is calculated and the key components parameters are designed.A 200 W prototype with 380 V output is built to verify the feasibility of the proposed converter.
