基于磁控制的非谐WPT系统抗偏移策略

摘要 针对无线电能传输(WPT)系统耦合线圈偏移导致输出电压增益下降的问题,提出一种基于初级可变电感补偿的WPT系统抗偏移方法。首先,建立T型CLC-S补偿网络拓扑模型,对比分析系统谐振与非谐振工况下互感与电压增益的关系。然后,介绍可变电感的技术原理,并结合系统互感变化下的电压增益曲线,得到基于初级可变电感的稳压策略。最后,搭建了仿真模型与实验平台,验证了策略的有效性。仿真和实验结果表明,采用所提稳压策略能够有效提升系统在偏移情况下的鲁棒性,相较于实验组,扩宽了互感可变化范围59.35%,恒压输出区间范围内效率稳定保持在81.6%以上。 Aiming at the problem of output voltage gain degradation caused by coupling coil offset in wireless power transmission(WPT)systems,an anti-offset method is proposed based on primary-side variable inductance compensation for WPT systems.Firstly,a T-type CLC-S compensation network topology model is established to compare and analyze the relationship between mutual inductance and voltage gain under resonant and non-resonant conditions.Then,the technical principle of variable inductance is introduced and combined with the voltage gain curve under the change of mutual inductance of the system,the voltage stabilization strategy based on primary-side variable inductance is obtained.Finally,the simulation model and experimental platform are built to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.The simulation and experimental results show that the use of the voltage stabilization strategy can effectively improve the robustness of the system in the case of offset,widen the mutual inductance changeable range by 59.35% compared with the experimental group,and keep the efficiency stably above 81.6% in the range of constant-voltage output interval.
