储能电站级联式PCS故障类型解析及智能溯源

摘要 储能电站能有效解决清洁能源的不稳定性和不可预测性。随着电化学储能电站的推广应用,其工程应用技术已完善,但在调试自动化和智能运检等高级应用方面还有较大的研究空间。此处针对级联H桥功率转换系统(PCS)核心部件的不同技术特性,将PCS的故障按发生对象进行组别分类,提取并解析各类故障暂态过程中的告警、保护信息,以及具体的暂态故障录波数据特征,多维度、全环节穷举出各类故障可能的起因,通过构建典型故障类型数据库实现PCS的故障智能溯源。 Energy storage power substations are an effective solution to the instability and unpredictability of clean energy.With more and more application of electrochemical energy storage power substations,their engineering application technology has been relatively complete,but there is still a large research space in advanced applications such as debugging automation and intelligent operation and maintenance.Based on the different technical characteristics of the key equipment of the cascaded H-bridge power conversion system(PCS),the fault types of the PCS are classified according to the object of the fault.The alarm and protection information during transient processes,as well as proprietary characteristic of transient fault record are extracted and analyzed.The possible causes of various faults in a multidimensional and entire process are listed.By constructing a typical fault expert database,fault intelligent tracing of PCS can be achieved.
