器官保存与修复技术的研究进展

摘要 为了应对日益严峻的供者器官短缺问题,大量边缘供者器官被应用于临床,这对传统的器官保存技术提出了更高的要求。静态低温保存作为目前器官保存的标准方法,已无法满足边缘供者器官保存的需要。而机械灌注保存不但可以提高器官保存的效果、延长器官保存的时限,还可为器官质量评估和损伤修复提供平台,目前已成为器官保存领域的主要发展方向。本文就器官保存与修复技术的研究进展作一综述。 A popular use of marginal donor organs requires an optimization of organ preservation strategies.The current standards of organ preservation and static cold storage are insufficient to fulfill the demands of marginal donor organ preservation.Machine perfusion has been a primary development direction in organ preservation.Capable of improving preservation effectiveness and prolonging preservation time,it has the potential of becoming a practical platform for ex-vivo organ assessment and injury restoring.This review summarized the latest advances in organ preservation and restoration techniques.
