摘要
随着办公环境多元化的楼宇模式,人们对绿色、健康性能要求也逐渐提升,传统的办公环境已满足不了健康办公需求,室内空气污染、建筑环境舒适度、交流与运动场地等需求越来越强烈。本项目在本体建筑围护结构、能源利用、工作生活环境方面存在不足,利用绿色健康生态技术对工业建筑改造,使其成为研发办公载体,实现绿色节能目标和产业转型升级。项目在被动式设计基础上结合可调节外遮阳、高性能辐射空调、雨水回收系统等主动式技术的集成应用,探索新型工业楼宇模式下健康性能提升技术与应用实践,形成工业建筑提升节能效果与舒适度改造关键性技术体系,为工业建筑改造提供参考和借鉴。
With the diversified building models of office environments,people's requirements for green and healthy performance are gradually increasing.Traditional office environments can no longer meet the needs of healthy office for people.Also the demand for indoor air pollution,building environment comfort,communication and sports venues is becoming increasingly strong.This project has shortcomings in terms of building envelope structure,energy utilization,and working and living environment.Green and healthy ecological technology are used to transform industrial buildings for research and development office carriers,achieving green and energy-saving goals and industrial transformation upgrading.On the basis of passive design,the project combines the integrated application of active technologies such as adjustable external shading,high-performance radiation air conditioning,and rainwater recovery system to explore health performance improvement technologies and application practices in the new industrial building model.Finally,a key technical system for improving energy efficiency and comfort of industrial buildings will be formed in the practice,providing reference for industrial building retrofitting.
