摘要
[目的]对2,6-二氟苯甲酰基异氰酸酯中主要杂质进行定性分析,浅谈杂质的生成机理,优化车间生产工艺以达到减少或去除该杂质的目的。[方法]对2,6-二氟苯甲酰基异氰酸酯中的组分进行GC-MS和LC-MS分析。[结果]影响氟铃脲质量的2,6-二氟苯甲酰基异氰酸酯中关键杂质是N^(1),N^(2)-双(2,6-二氟苯甲酰基)草酰胺(杂质A)。[结论]优化合成工艺能有效减少2,6-二氟苯甲酰基异氰酸酯中的杂质A,改进工艺后杂质A降低了97.8%,能够明显提升2,6-二氟苯甲酰基异氰酸酯的含量。
[Aims]This study qualitative analyed the primary impurities in 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate,provided a concise overview of generation mechanism of the main impurity,and optimized the workshop production process to reduce or eliminate the impurities.[Methods]The components in 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate were analyzed using GC-MS or LC-MS.[Results]The primary impurity in 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate,significantly impacts the quality of hexaflumuron,was N^(1),N^(2)-bis(2,6-difluorobenzoyl)oxalamide(A).[Conclusions]Optimization of the synthesis process leads to a remarkable reduction(by 97.8%)of impurity A,thereby significantly enhancing the quality of 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate.
