《中国教育现代化2035》将“推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化”作为国家新时代重点部署的面向教育现代化的十大战略任务之一,教育承载着国家战略的重要使命,高等教育是教育系统的重要环节,所以完善高等教育治理体系、提高治理能力是国家治理中的重要内容。教育评价作为教育治理中的重要环节,关乎着教育良性发展。然而当下高等教育评价问题凸显,深化教育评价改革是改善现有评价制度体系,破除五唯,创新现有机制体制,也是彰显新时代高等教育治理水平的和治理能力的关键步骤。

China's Education Modernization 2035 takes"promoting the modernization of education governance system and governance capacity"as one of the ten strategic tasks for education modernization that the country focuses on in the new era.Education bears the important mission of the national strategy,and higher education is an important link of the education system.Therefore,improving the higher education governance system and improving governance capacity is an important part of national governance.As an important link in educational governance,educational evaluation is related to the benign development of education.However,the current problems of higher education evaluation are prominent.Deepening the reform of education evaluation is important to improve the existing evaluation system,break the"Five Onlys"and innovate the existing mechanism and system.It is also a key step to highlight the governance level and governance ability of higher education in the new era.
