摘要
目的 本研究旨在通过Meta分析的方法,全面评估细节管理在新生儿科住院患儿家属依从性和满意度方面的影响。方法 采用了系统性的文献检索策略检索了PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CNKI(中国知网)、万方和维普数据库中,根据严格的纳入和排除标准,最终选取了符合质量评价标准的研究进行分析。资料提取和质量评价则依据预定的标准进行,采用R4.3.1进行Meta分析,采用漏斗图检验、Egger’s测试和Begg’s测试进行量化评估纳入文献的发表偏倚。结果 共纳入12篇研究,固定和随机效应模型分析均表明细节管理可以显著降低护理差错、不良反应、纠纷和家属投诉的发生率,同时也能显著提高护理满意度。结论 细节管理作为一种有效的管理策略,有助于提高新生儿科住院患儿家属的依从性和满意度,建议将其作为新生儿科医疗管理的一部分,以提升医疗服务质量和患者体验。
Objective This study aimed to comprehensively assess the impact of detail management on the compliance and satisfaction of family members of hospitalized neonates through a Meta-analysis approach.Methods A systematic literature search strategy in databases such as PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP were conduceted.Based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,studies meeting the quality assessment standards were selected for analysis.Data extraction and quality assessment were conducted according to predefined standards.Meta-analysis was carried out using R4.3.1,with funnel plot,Egger’s test,and Begg’s test to quantitatively evaluate the publication bias of included studies.Results A total of 12 studies were included.Both fixed and random-effects models indicated that detail management significantly reduced the incidence of nursing errors,adverse reactions,disputes,and family complaints,while also significantly enhancing nursing satisfaction.Conclusion Detail management,as an effective management strategy,helps to improve the compliance and satisfaction of family members of hospitalized neonates.It is recommended to incorporate it into neonatal medical management to elevate the quality of medical services and patient experience.
