瑞丽市外籍儿童预防接种现状及需求分析

Analysis on the present situation and demand of vaccination for foreign children in Ruili City

目的了解瑞丽市外籍儿童预防接种现状及需求,探讨进一步提高外籍儿童预防接种服务的措施。方法在瑞丽市外籍人群聚居地,采用方便抽样的方法,调查2岁以下外籍儿童家长/监护人。调查内容包括外籍儿童基本情况、预防接种状况,以及家长/监护人预防接种知识等。根据预防接种记录计算接种率,并采用logistic回归分析研究预防接种的影响因素。结果共调查133名2岁以下外籍儿童,其中卡介苗、乙型病毒肝炎疫苗第1剂次、脊髓灰质炎疫苗第1剂次、百白破疫苗第1剂次、麻疹组分疫苗第1剂次的接种率分别为97.0%、97.7%、94.5%、91.5%和84.0%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,家长/监护人文化程度为初中及以上者,儿童接种不全的风险更低(OR=0.31,P<0.05)。结论外籍儿童疫苗接种率低于云南省本地儿童,需根据目标人群预防接种现状加强管理服务。

Objective To understand the present situation and demand of vaccination for foreign children in Yunnan,and to explore the measures for further improving vaccination service.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to in⁃vestigate the parents/guardians of foreign children aged 2 years and below for collecting the children’s basic information,vaccination status and the vaccination knowledge of their parents/guardians.The vaccination rate was calculated according to vaccination records,and the influencing factors of vaccination were studied by logistic regression analysis.Results A to⁃tal of 133 children were included in analysis.The coverage rates of BCG vaccine,the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine,the first dose of poliomyelitis vaccine,the first dose of DPT vaccine and the first dose of measles vaccine were 97.0%,97.7%,94.5%,91.5%and 84.0%,respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that the children whose parents/guardians with a junior high school education or above had a lower risk of incomplete vaccination(OR=0.31,P<0.05).Conclusion Vaccination coverage rate of foreign children was lower than that of local children in Yunnan Province.Vaccination man⁃agement and service should be strengthened according to the vaccination status of target groups.
