摘要
目的评价某高强和超高强汽车钢板生产企业职业病危害因素及防控措施。方法依据相关法律法规,采用职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测、检查表分析法、职业健康检查法及综合分析等方法对该企业的职业病危害因素进行分析与评价。结果该企业生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有化学有害物质(一氧化碳、氮氧化物、二氧化硫、盐酸、可溶性镍化合物、氨、氢氧化钠)和物理因素(噪声、工频电场),检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值要求。其中,一氧化碳CTWA<1.16 mg/m^(3)、CSTEL<1.16 mg/m^(3),盐酸C_(MAC)<0.5 mg/m^(3),可溶性镍化合物CTWA<0.013 mg/m^(3),氢氧化钠C_(MAC)0.19 mg/m^(3),40 h等效声级(LEX,40 h)为62.4~83.1 dB(A),8 h时间加权工频电场0.006 kV/m。结论该企业生产设备机械化、自动化、密闭化程度相对较高,企业采取的有效防护措施获得了较好的防控效果。
Objective To evaluate the preventive measures of occupational hazards in a high-strength and ultra-high strength automotive steel sheet production enterprise.Methods According to the related laws and regulations,field hygiene investigation,occupational risk factors monitoring,checklist,occupational health examination and comprehensive analysis were used to evaluate the project.Results In the production process,the major occupational hazards are chemical hazard factors(carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxides,sulfur dioxide,hydrochloric acid,soluble nickel compound,ammonia and sodi⁃um hydroxide)and physical hazards(noise and power frequency electric field),all detection results conform to the national standards.Among these are carbon monoxide CTWA<1.16 mg/m^(3),CSTEL<1.16 mg/m^(3),hydrochloric acid C_(MAC)<0.5 mg/m^(3),soluble nickel compound CTWA<0.013 mg/m^(3),sodium hydroxide C_(MAC)0.19 mg/m^(3),noise(LEX,40 h)62.4-83.1 dB(A)and power frequency electric field 0.006 kV/m.Conclusion The production enterprise has relatively high mechaniza⁃tion、automation and tightness,and the effective measures and the strengthened individual protection were used to achieve protective effects preferably.
