This paper analyzes the differences between the 2011 and 2022 national standards of paper towel,and comprehensively interprets the main changes of the 2022 standard from the perspectives of scope,classification,raw materials,requirements,test methods,inspection rules,identification,packaging,transportation and storage,so as to help enterprises,testing institutions,consumers and other relevant parties better understand and apply the new standard.
