Case Analysis and Research on the Construction of"Zero Carbon Villages"

本文以辽宁省朝阳县贾家店农场为案例,通过对该试点项目村的基本概况和建设技术模式进行详细描述,突出了清洁取暖技术模式、低碳住宅技术模式和太阳光伏利用模式等方面的实施情况,并从顶层设计、碳核算体系的建立、农民广泛参与等角度提出了相关的思考,并就政策激励、产业发展以及节能减排等方面提出了具体建议,以期为相关试点建设提供参考。

This article takes Jiajiadian Farm in Chaoyang County,Liaoning Province as a case study,and provides a detailed description of the basic overview and construction technology model of the pilot project village.It highlights the implementation of clean heating technology model,low-carbon housing technology model,and solar photovoltaic utilization model,and proposes relevant considerations from the perspectives of top-level design,establishment of carbon accounting system,and widespread participation of farmers.Policy incentives are also discussed specific suggestions have been put forward for industrial development,energy conservation and emission reduction,in order to provide reference for relevant pilot construction.
