摘要
为实现太河水库从传统水利服务向数字水利服务的转变,提升精细管理水平。文章从功能、业务等方面进行需求分析,探讨构建数字孪生水库的初步解决方案,为构建以业务防洪“四预”、水资源综合管控及运管智能决策及风险评估为主的智慧水库管理体系提供参考。
To achieve the transformation of Taihe Reservoir from traditional water conservancy services to digital water conservancy services and improve the level of fine management.the requirements of functions and operations are analyzed in this paper.The primary solutions for constructing digital twinning reservoirs are discussed.It provides reference for the construction of the Intelligent Reservoir Management System based on the four pre-forecasts operational flood control,integrated water resources management,intelligent decision-making and risk assessment.
