河南省某县农村居民代谢综合征患病情况及影响因素分析

Prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its influencing factors among rural residents in a county of Henan province

目的分析2022年濮阳市范县农村居民代谢综合征(MS)患病情况及影响因素。方法2022年8—11月,采用分层整群抽样方法,对范县6个乡镇≥18岁常住居民进行问卷调查、体格检查和血生化检测,共收集资料完整者2436人。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析MS影响因素。结果2022年共调查濮阳市范县农村居民2436人,MS患病率为21.72%,标化患病率为24.17%。其中男性患病率为20.76%,标化患病率为23.02%;女性患病率为22.48%,标化患病率为25.06%。随着年龄增长,调查人群MS患病率呈上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=146.333,P<0.05)。高血压、腹型肥胖、高TG血症、高血糖、低HDL-C血症患病率分别为42.65%、40.10%、35.06%、25.29%、14.74%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄增加、吸烟、高脂饮食为MS的危险因素,文化程度高、较多蔬菜水果摄入为保护因素。结论濮阳市范县农村居民MS患病率较高,高龄、文化水平低、吸烟、高脂饮食等是主要影响因素。

Objective To analyze the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS)and its influencing factors among rural residents in Fan county,Puyang city.Methods Questionnaire survey,physical examination and blood testing were conducted among the permanent residents aged 18 years and older in the six townships of Fan county based on stratified cluster random samplings from AugustNovember,2022.A total of 2436 subjects aged 18 years and over with complete information were included in this analysis.Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze influencing factors of MS.Results A total of 2436 rural residents in Fan county,Puyang city were surveyed in 2022.The prevalence of MS was 21.72%among rural residents in Fan county,and the corresponding standardized prevalence was 24.17%.The prevalence was 20.76%for men and 22.48%for women,and the corresponding standardized prevalence was 23.02%for men and 25.06%for women.The prevalence of MS increased with increasing age(χ^(2)_(trend)=146.333,P<0.05).The prevalence of elevated blood pressure,abdominal obesity,hypertriglyceridemia,elevated blood glucose,and low HDL-C were 42.65%,40.10%,35.06%,25.29%and 14.74%,respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that increasing age,smoking and high fat diet were risk factors of MS,while high level of education and more vegetable and fruit intake were protect factors.Conclusions The prevalence of MS was high in the rural areas of Fan county,Puyang city.Older age,low educational level,smoking and high fat diet were the main influencing factors.
