摘要
针对致密气开采钻井工程中燃烧池结构材料的放喷需求,使用不同的铝酸盐水泥(CA)作为结合剂,白刚玉作为骨料,制备符合燃烧池放喷需求的耐火浇注料。试验结果表明:1)各试样的力学性能随着煅烧温度的升高而升高;2)4种试样的线变化率和体积密度随着煅烧温度的升高而不断增大,显气孔率随着煅烧温度升高而下降;3)CAG1、CAG2、CAG3、CAG4试样的荷重软化温度依次降低;4)通过XRD、SEM和EDS分析,在1100℃煅烧后生成大量CA_(2),在1300℃高温煅烧后存在大量的CA_(2)和少量的CA_(6),在1500℃煅烧后生成大量的CA_(6)以及存在少量的CA_(2)。现场试验结果表明:砌块材料在经过长时间的高温试验之后,试样材料无烧熔现象,外观平整。
In response to the blowout requirements of combustion pool structural materials in tight gas extraction drlling engineering,different aluminate cement(CA)are used as binders and white alumina is used as aggregate to prepare refractory castables that meet the blowout requirements of combustion pool.The experimental results indicate that:1)The mechanical properties of each sample increase with the increase of calcination temperature;2)The Line Change Rate and Bulk Density of the four samples increase continuously with the increase of calcination temperature,while the Apparent Porosity decreases with the increase of calcination temperature;3)The Refractoriness Under Load of the CAG1,CAG2,CAG3 and CAG4 samples decreases sequentially;4)Through XRD,SEM and EDS analysis,it was found that a large amount of CA_(2) was generated after calcination at 11oo C.There was a large amount of CA_(2) and a small amount of CA_(2) after calcination at 1300℃,and a large amount of CA_(6) and a small amount of CA_(2) were generated after calcination at 1500℃.Field test results show that:after a long time of high temperature test,the sample material has no melting phenomenon and its appearance is smooth.
