摘要
由于基因组序列与编码基因之间数目极度不匹配,探究基因组非编码区的潜在功能具有重要意义。转座元件作为基因组非编码区最主要的组成部分,通过转位、顺式调控元件、RNA与蛋白质产物等多种方式,在DNA、RNA、蛋白质、三维基因组等多个层面影响宿主基因的生理和病理表达,从而参与肿瘤的发生发展。本文结合近年来前列腺癌方向转座元件相关的研究结果,阐述了前列腺癌基因组工作中的转座元件相关研究部分,并探讨转座元件在前列腺癌临床诊断、临床预后、临床治疗等方面的潜在应用前景。
Due to the extreme mismatch between the number of genome sequences and coding genes,it is important to explore the po-tential functions of non-coding regions of the genome.As the most important component of the non-coding region,transposable elements affect the physiological and pathological expression of host genes through translocation,cis-regulatory elements,RNA and protein pro-ducts at multiple levels such as DNA,RNA,protein and three-dimensional genome,and thus participate in the occurrence and deve-lopment of tumors.Combined with the results of the researches on transposable elements in prostate cancer in recent years,this paper describes the transposon-related part of the prostate cancer genome work,and discusses the potential application prospect of transposon in clinical diagnosis,clinical prognosis,clinical treatment and other aspects of prostate cancer.
