教育是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑。数字化、人口老龄化和绿色转型使工作世界发生结构性变化,职业教育作为教育与工作连接最紧密的重要环节,需要在四个关键维度上做出改变与创新,才能培养当今劳动力市场和社会所需的技能。经合组织(OECD)国家在重构职业教育体系方面做出了很多的探索并反映在一系列报告中。对这些报告的核心内容进行解读,深入分析职业教育体系革新探索背后所反映出来的对工作世界结构性变化的认识和相应的教育观念变革,对我们面向未来革新教育观念,重新设计职业教育体系有重要的启示和借鉴。

Education is the basic and strategic support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.Digitalization,aging population and green transformation have brought about structural changes to the work world.Vocational education,as the most important link to the working world,requires change and innovation in four key dimensions to develop the skills needed in today's labor market and society.OECD countries have done much of exploration and reflected in a series of reports.The core content of these reports is interpreted,and the understanding of the structural changes in the work world and the corresponding reform of education concepts reflected behind the innovation of the vocational education system is deeply analyzed,which has important inspiration and reference for us to innovate the education concept for the future and redesign the vocational education system.
