职业弹性对特殊教育教师职业倦怠的影响——职业认同与工作满意度的链式中介作用

The Effects of Career Resilience on Job Burnout of Special Education Teachers:The Chain Mediating Role of Professional Identity and Job Satisfaction

摘要 为更加深入地了解特殊教育教师职业倦怠的影响因素,探究特殊教育教师职业弹性、职业认同、工作满意度与职业倦怠间的关系,本研究对278名特殊教育教师进行了问卷调查。结果表明:(1)职业弹性能够显著负向预测特殊教育教师职业倦怠;(2)职业认同和工作满意度在职业弹性与特殊教育教师职业倦怠之间分别起中介作用;(3)职业认同和工作满意度在职业弹性与特殊教育教师职业倦怠之间起链式中介作用。建议有关部门重视特殊教育教师职业弹性建设,强化特殊教育教师职业认同,提升特殊教育教师工作满意度,助推新时代高质量特殊教育师资队伍建设。 In order to better understand the influencing factors of job burnout of special education teachers,and to explore the relationship between career resilience,career identity,job satisfaction and job burnout of them,278 special education teachers were surveyed.The results showed that:(1)career resilience could significantly and negatively predict their burnout;(2)both career identity and job satisfaction played a mediating role between career resilience and job burnout respectively;(3)career identity and job satisfaction played a chain mediating role between career resilience and burnout.It is suggested that relevant departments should pay attention to the construction of their career resilience,strengthen their career identity,enhance their job satisfaction,and boost the construction of high-quality special education teachers in the new era.
