In the wave of globalisation,bases for foreign cultural trade has played a key role in promoting cultural exchange and trade.China has made remarkable progress in the field of international cultural trade,but faced challenges such as under-utilisation of cultural resources and regional imbalance in industrial development.This study aims to explore and analyse the high-quality development strategies of national bases for international cultural trade,especially from the perspectives of cultural resources linkage and industrial agglomeration.Through theoretical analysis and international case studies,this study analyses the role of cultural resource linkage and industrial agglomeration in the development of cultural trade,and emphasizes the important role of cultural resource linkage and industrial agglomeration in promoting the development of cultural trade,with a view to positively influencing the high-quality development of China’snational bases for international cultural trade.
