总结1例房间隔缺损伴肺动脉高压患者妊娠期并发脑栓塞的护理体会。针对该患者脑栓塞导致右侧肢体肌力减弱、不能言语、吞咽障碍及房间隔缺损、肺动脉压力增高等问题,成立多学科团队,维护神经系统功能;严格容量管理,预防心力衰竭发生;实施早期康复,降低功能残疾程度;个体化心理护理,避免负性情绪产生。经过23d的精心治疗和护理,患者病情好转出院。

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with atrial septal defect and pulmonary hypertension complicated with cerebral embolism during pregnancy.In view of the problems caused by cerebral embolism in the patient,such as weakened muscle strength of the right limb,inability to speak and dysphagia,atrial septal defect,and increased pulmonary artery pressure,a multidisciplinary team was established to maintain the nervous system function,implemented strict volume management to prevent heart failure,implemented early rehabilitation to reduce the degree of functional disability and ilndividual psychological nursing to avoid negative emotions.After 23 days of careful treatment and nursing,the patient's condition improved and was discharged.
