摘要
培训是增强企业员工素质,为企业提供强大智力支持的重要途径。对于炼化企业来说,数字化培训在企业培训中,占有举足轻重的地位,而其中的仿真系统和数字化教室的建设又是重中之重。该文就影响数字化培训效果的因素进行梳理,并提出相应的建议和看法。
Training is an important way to enhance the quality of employees and provide powerful intellectual support for enterprises.For refining and chemical enterprises,digital training plays an important role in enterprise training,and the construction of simulation system and digital classroom is the most important.This paper reviews the factors that affect the effect of digital training.At the same time,the corresponding suggestions and views are put forward.
